EMA Fight Back provides safety intelligence training, self-defense workshops, and personal safety programs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service at any time without prior notice.
3. Registration and Enrollment

- For school-based programs, enrollment is typically managed through the respective educational institution under their specific guidelines.
4. Fees and Payments
- All fees for workshops (e.g., ₹150–200 per student for school workshops) or monthly classes must be paid in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by EMA Fight Back.
5. Physical Activity and Safety Waiver
- Our programs involve physical activity. Participants (or their guardians) acknowledge that there is an inherent risk in physical training.
- By participating, you agree that EMA Fight Back and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the training, provided all safety protocols were followed.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before starting a session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, training methodologies, and curriculum details, is the intellectual property of EMA Fight Back. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a “Non-Fear Based” and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to others.
8. Limitation of Liability
EMA Fight Back aims to provide effective safety skills; however, we do not guarantee that the use of these skills will prevent all instances of harm or conflict in real-world situations. Personal safety ultimately depends on various external factors.
