The EMA Fight Back Senior Citizens Safety Program is specially designed for older adults who want to stay confident, independent, and safe in their daily lives.
This program addresses the unique challenges seniors face — mobility, balance, isolation, scams, emotional stress, and vulnerability in public spaces.
All skills are gentle, practical, and easy to follow, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical limitations.
We focus on awareness, simple safety habits, emotional strength, and very safe physical responses only when required.
