Overview
The EMA Fight Back Women’s Self-Defense Program empowers women of all ages with the essential skills to stay safe in daily life — at home, at work, while travelling, and in challenging public situations.
The program is not aggressive, not fear-based, and does not require any martial arts background.
It focuses on awareness, boundaries, verbal assertiveness, and simple, effective physical techniques for emergencies.
Our goal is to give every woman practical tools to protect herself with confidence and clarity.
